PacMan Tiny Arcade Cocktail Review – Cracker Barrel Pac-Man EXCLUSIVE
GenXGrownUp
Thanks for saving me 20 dollars. Us Gen Xers are getting older. We shouldn’t need to break out our glasses to see a tiny screen.
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET CRACKER BARREL!! Yeah I know about Cracker Barrel. Cornbread muffins that can break bulletproof windows and Kenny Rogers Christmas CDs! I’ve seen some of their products there but they were too small to be appealing. And $20?? That’s a no. And I know what Im in for at my local Cracker Barrel. Diarrhea!!
I'll pick it up for sure, just because there's nothing like it and is just cool. I might take it apart and turn the controls and screen to the end and redo it more like the real table. Thank you for the review,
When is the comparison video coming out for Basic Fun Pac-Man #14?
Great video and love the jaws t-shirt….. awesome!
If the screen was bigger, it might be worth $10. Cracker Barrel can have it. Rather just have the eggs and scrapple from them. Lol
…{best Chris Walken voice}… Do you have a fever? Is the only, prescription, more Pac-Man?
Another fantastic review Jon. Your voice is perfect for what you’re doing and your personality makes what you’re talking about always interesting and fun. Have you ever discussed the supposed upcoming Atari VCS, or do you back it? There are a lot of gamIng YouTubers who’ve shared their knowledge of it all but frankly they’re hard to stay focused on as they don’t always speak as succinctly and as clearly as you do. I‘m a Gen X’r with ADHD so I often get lost in some folks’ longer videos which ramble and meander, but so far the energy in what you’re discussing or explaining in your vids always holds my interest so I’m always looking forward to your new GenX posts. Thanks for all the great stuff you do.
At first I was going to buy it but then I saw it and on the video and I'm like or $20 to be honest so I'll pass if they do Star Wars then count me in no matter what it looks like .
I mean the grain does look lame on the wood and it looks like it's very hard to control and to be honest these miniature gaming consoles are well to be honest there really small and they're very hard to play then we'll see for collectors and really the only one I own because I got it for a dollar was Miss Pac-Man was that it .
If they make Star Wars than you know I'll buy everyone they have that's
You did a lot of complaining about where the controls are mounted… But we have a very old "Puck Man" cocktail table in our basement that is just like this, except controls on both sides. The orientation is the same for us. Pretty much that same color of "sticker"on ours too that is supposed to be woodgrain. There's none of these cocktail tables made of oak, unless it's a custom.
Well done review! I'm pretty easy to please, and I quite like mine, but I can't refute any of your criticisms. Though I didn't have any trouble adapting to the joystick orientation. It helps that when I bought mine, it was on a $5 off special, lol.
I'm A Bit Sad Man, Mine Came With A Broken Speaker
I'm one of your biggest fans because I hit the subscribe button and the bell and I watch your videos regularly! They're super awesome!
Which mini arcade line is better?: Super Impulse Tiny Arcade, My Arcade Micro Players, or Basic Fun Arcade Classics?
Are these the same scale as the stand up tiny arcade versions?
I Have The Full Collection Of Cocktail Tabletop Tiny Arcades I Got The Tiny Arcade Pac Man Cocktail At Cracker Barrel And It Was 50% Off
I picked one up for my son for a stocking stuffer for Christmas. It’s kinda fun, kinda goofy, but he’s had fun playing it. And of course mainly sits on his shelf. But I thought it was a fun, silly gift. For what it is, it’s pretty cool.
I'm NOT a fan of cocktail table games, but I so want this, not for game play but for the appearance. The artwork is too big for the table.
The controls are where they are because this design was originally created to reproduce the cocktail Space Invaders machine. They then reused it for other arcade games.
But why
